The release of name, surname and e-mail coordinates is necessary to respond to the requests of the interested party. Therefore, any failure to provide – even partial – of said data prevents ALPHA SOLUTIONS FOODS & INGREDIENTS SRL from responding.

4. How is my data processed?
The Data will be processed by e-mail both manually and electronically / telematically, exclusively by the Owner and authorized ALPHA SOLUTIONS FOODS & INGREDIENTS personnel and specifically trained in relation to the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

5. What are my rights, and how can I exercise them?

Right to data portability: allows Data Subjects – in the event that the processing is carried out by automated means on the legal basis of the contract or consent – to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, limited to the data provided to the Data Controller, the personal data concerning him and similarly the right to transmit such data to another data controller.
